The Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) Facility is driven by a precise balance between clinical functionality, strict regulatory compliance, and workplace comfort. Unlike a standard corporate office or a pure medical clinic, a CRO workspace must accommodate intense data analysis alongside human-centric clinical trials and laboratory work. While the design of this 27,000 sq. ft. facility focused heavily on spatial and programmatic efficiency, the overarching goal was to create a soft, calming atmosphere. This was achieved through an intuitive, easy-to-navigate layout paired with a palette of low-maintenance materials, soothing colours, and clean finishes.
