Conceptualized and established in 1999, JMA Design Co is a small, award winning, collaborative architecture and design practice led by Jigna Desai and Mehul Bhatt that has successfully delivered projects of various scales.

 

Architecture for us is a phenomenon of a constanty evolving context. At the center of all our design decisions is care for lived experiences and ecological relationships. Our projects, while rooted in place, demonstrate a technical rigour and commitment to resource consciousness. As a research based practice, we balance historic literacy with clear focus towards a sustainable future.

 

For us, every project is a unique inquiry into aspirations of the users, creative approaches to resources and  technological prudence.
